1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website located at [www.springhome.co.za] and any associated services provided by Spring Home (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, using the website or otherwise accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Definitions
Customer / You / Your means any person or entity who visits our website and/or orders products.
Products means the goods offered for sale on our website.
Contract means the agreement between you and us for purchase of Products in accordance with these Terms.
3. Basis of sale
All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including (but not limited to) out-of-stock, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
A contract is formed when we dispatch the Products to you and you receive confirmation.
These Terms apply to the exclusion of any other terms (including your terms) unless explicitly agreed to in writing by us.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
We accept payment by the payment methods displayed on the website. Payment will be debited/authorised at the time the order is placed.
You must pay in full before we dispatch the Products.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted.
5. Delivery & risk
Delivery of Products will be to the address you provide. We will endeavour to meet delivery time-frames, but time is not of the essence and we are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership (title) remains with us until we have received full payment.
You should inspect Products upon delivery and notify us of any defects or discrepancies promptly.
6. Returns, cancellations & refunds
If you are a consumer (as defined in the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”)) you may have certain rights to cancel within a “cooling-off” period for direct marketing or distance selling. Labour Guide South Africa
If Products are faulty, mis-described or not as ordered, you should notify us within a reasonable period and we will inspect and remedy (repair, replace, refund) at our discretion.
Customised/made-to-order Products may not be eligible for return unless faulty or mis-described.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after receipt and inspection of returned Products, and subject to deduction of reasonable costs for use or damage (if permissible under law).
7. Limitation of liability
We endeavour to provide Products and services of high quality. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect, special or consequential loss.
Our total liability in respect of any one claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the Product in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, graphics, software) is owned or licensed by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
9. Website use
You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith. You must not post or transmit any material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harmful.
You must not interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website (e.g., hacking, introducing viruses, unauthorised access).

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you consent to such processing.
